What is Coaching?

 

Coaching is a powerful tool to help you get from where you are now to where you want to be, faster and more effectively than going it alone.

 

If you want to enhance your personal performance in order to find and meet the demands of new opportunities then coaching is for you. You will also find it ideal for solving problems, increasing motivation and building confidence.

 

As a coach, Linda will not offer advice or suggestions. Using questioning techniques, she will challenge you to step out of your daily habits, to look at the wider picture and develop your own goals and actions.

 

Linda will also help you to reframe old thinking patterns and assumptions, enabling you to focus on what is important, set valid goals and take the necessary steps to move forward. You will find an increase in confidence and tap in to your motivation when life just gets in the way!

 

Linda offers a range of programmes, designed around you and your particular objectives. No two programmes are the same but every programme includes regular coaching sessions, unlimited email support between appointments, and up to three 'mini' sessions to tackle unexpected challenges or opportunities.

 

You can choose Face to Face coaching, Skype or Telephone - or a mixture of all three.
